To respond to questions asked by your instructor, you need a subscription to PointSolutions.
You may not need to purchase a subscription. If your organization or instructor is providing a subscription for you, you won't need to purchase one. If you aren't sure, please check with your instructor.
You can purchase a subscription directly from your account. Once purchased, it is automatically applied to your account.
- Go to your region's sign-in page.

Enter your school or organization email address, as prompted, and click Next.
After entering your email address and clicking Next, you may be redirected to your school or organization's login page. Sign in using your organization's Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials and proceed to Step 3.
- Click the Profile icon in the upper-right corner and select Profile from the dropdown, as shown in the figure below.
- Under Subscriptions, click Add or Purchase a Subscription, as shown in the figure below.
- Click Go Purchase a Subscription.
- A page with all available purchase options for your email address appears. Available categories and options depend on what your school or organization has set up in advance:
- Bundles - These bundles include a clicker and a subscription. A subscription allows you to respond from any web-enabled device.
- Subscriptions - A subscription provides the ability to respond from any web-enabled device.
- Support - Fast Pass provides you with access to premium customer support, featuring no wait time and a dedicated Echo360 representative. Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm EST.
- Clickers - Clickers require a subscription to associate your responses with your account.
- Once you have identified the item(s) you wish to purchase, click the Add to Cart button on the item card, as shown in the figure below.

A window opens confirming your selection has been added to your cart. Click View Cart to check out.
Optionally, click Continue Shopping to add more items.
The Add Fast Pass window opens. Fast Pass provides access to premium customer support, featuring no wait time and a dedicated Echo360 representative.

Click Add to Cart or No Thanks.
Your Shopping Cart displays.

When you have finished adding your items, click Checkout Now, as shown in the figure below.
If you do not wish to purchase our premium support, you can click the Trashcan icon next to the item labeled Fast Pass 1 Year to remove it from your cart.

Fill out the required fields, marked by asterisks, and click Continue, as shown in the figure below.
If you have ordered a clicker, you will need to populate the fields for both the Billing and Shipping Addresses.
- You may be asked to verify your address. Click Continue in the window that appears.
- Review your Cart Summary and click Payment Method, as shown in the figure below.

Fill out the required fields, marked with an asterisk, and click Pay.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
- Your purchase is complete. Any subscription purchased is added to your account, and clickers will be shipped to the address you entered during checkout. Click Return to Application Dashboard, as shown in the figure below.

Your subscription is now listed in your Profile under Subscriptions, and the yellow warning has been replaced with a green checkmark.
A Response Device is not necessary unless required by your instructor.
