New Institution Settings Pages
Institution Settings and Configurations are now all in one place for easy administration!
Custom Role Names
Administrators can now set custom names for the existing roles within the system!

WebEx Integration
Administrators can now configure an WebEx integration that allows users to choose whether to automatically upload their conference meetings into the system.

Bulk User action APIs
We have added bulk user actions to the public API, including the ability to bulk enroll users in Sections or bulk add users to Collections.

Soft Delete and Video Recovery
Every deletion of video content has now become a "soft" delete action. Administrators now have a Recycle Bin which allows them to access deleted content and recover it if needed.

Content Management Policies
Administrators now have the ability to automatically archive video content after it has not been viewed for a set amount of time as well as customize the retention/recovery period for soft deleted content.

In-App Notifications for Admins
An in-application notification system is now in place for Administrators and allows for granular customization over which notifications each user receives.

Initial LTI 1.3 Support
Initial LTI 1.3 support is now available for embedded content and consolidated analytics resource links.

4-Channels (Beta)
We have a closed Beta program for recording, storing, and playing with 4-channels on EchoVideo. Please, if you are interested in testing 4-channels in your institution, send a request to product@echo360.com.
Improvements
- For increased security, users are now logged out when they reset or update their passwords.
- Fixed and added enhancements for Auto-Chaptering. Auto-Chaptering is now in open Beta, admins may enable it in Institutions Settings > General > Features. Please note that this open Beta is only available in North America and Europe regions of EchoVideo.
- Added additional on-device capture logging to aid in support incident investigation.
- Improved Audio/Video sync for multi-segment captures.
Fixes
- Resolved an issue where the titles for copies of polls were not being prepended by the word, "Copy".
- Resolved an issue where the Admin Dashboard cards were not resizing properly.
- Resolved an issue where opening the ASR Settings window within Institution Settings was always displaying the default 95% as the required confidence level when pushing transcripts to captions regardless of any custom saved percentage.
- Resolved an issue where the "ASR Course Media" toggle was not appearing correctly at the Organization or Department level within Institution Settings.
- Fixed an issue where some older media could not be edited.
- Fixed an issue that caused some successful captures to improperly show in the Admin > Captures > Error tab.
