EchoVideo offers a Recycle Bin where Institutional Admins can review and restore archived and soft-deleted content. For information on Institution content policies, see EchoVideo: Content Policies for Admins.
The initial view of the Recycle Bin page shows archived content. Clicking any of the statuses across the top will sort the list by that status. You can also filter by type of media, owner, and source.
You must view at least one full 30-second video segment to reset the archive clock. This applies to the V1 and V2 players and the MDP, Classroom, and Embed players.
Navigating the Archived and Deleted Content Pages
The pages can be filtered by status using the selections in the status bar across the top of the Recycle Bin to see archived or soft-deleted content.
Using the panel on the left, the page can be filtered by Media Type or Details as needed. Click the category to expand it and select the criteria to search by.
The Media Type category allows you to search by audio, spherical (360°) videos, interactive media, and videos. The Details category allows you to filter by owner and source.
The below figure shows the Archived Content list, the Status bar, and the Search / Filter panel identified for use.
The list can be sorted by clicking a column header. The column being sorted appears with a small triangle to the right of the column name. If the triangle points down, the sort is Descending; pointing up indicates Ascending.
