The Merge Secondary Devices option allows you to merge results if participants responded with more than one registered device during the session. This feature only works if both devices are registered to the user in the participant list.
- Open PointSolutions Desktop and sign in to your account.
- From the Manage tab, select a participant list and click Results Manager.
- Select the session column and click Merge Secondary Devices.
The Merge Secondary Devices window opens.
- Click Merge.
If the sum of the responses for the primary and secondary devices exceeds the number of responses in the lesson, verify with the participant that they used both devices in the session.
