Decryption Failed While Importing Sessions
If the message Decryption Failed appears while importing a session, it is because the session was not exported properly from TurningPoint. In order to solve this issue, the session will need to be exported from the original instance that it was created in.
If the message Decryption Failed appears while importing a session, it is because the session was not exported properly from TurningPoint. In order to solve this issue, the session will need to be exported from the original instance that it was created in.
- Launch the original instance of TurningPoint that the session originated from and go to the Manage Tab.
- Select the session(s) that need to be exported, click the Session drop-down menu, and select Export.
- Choose the directory that they will be exported to (Desktop, Documents, etc…).
- Assign a password that is a minimum of eight characters.
