The User Account page allows you to:

• Add or change your avatar image
• Update your personal information
• Change your password 

Access your User Account

1. Click the 3 vertical lines in the page's upper-left to open the menu.

2. Hover over your name in the bottom-left corner and click My Account.

   Your Account menu displays.

Add or Change Avatar Image

Initially when you have a user account created, your avatar is represented by your initials.

1. From your Account menu, click the Camera icon on the avatar thumbnail.

2. From File Explorer, navigate to where the image you want to upload resides.

   Supported images include .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .tiff, .tif, and .gif.

3. Select the file you wish to upload.

4. Click Open.

   The image is uploaded to your account. 

Change Personal Information

1. From your Account menu, to the right of your email address, click Edit to change your email address.
2. Enter a new email address in the Email field.
3. Click the SAVE to save the new email.
4. To change your first or last name, city, and / or state information, click the appropriate field and enter the updated information.

Change Password 

1. From your Account menu, to the right of your password, click Edit to change your password.

   The page expands to show the Old Password, New Password, and Re-type NEW Password fields:

2. Enter your current password in the Old Password field to verify that this is your account.
3. Enter a new password that satisfies the password criteria in the New Password field.
4. Retype the new password in the Re-type NEW Password field.
5. Click the SAVE to save the new password.
