Adding and Creating Media
In knowbly™, you may add media by using the Add Media interface from the knowbly™ home screen. Media types are image, audio and video.
Once you enter the interface for adding media, you are presented with an option to add either add via Upload, by URL, or from the Content Manager.
Add by Upload
To upload media, you may either drag and drop a file to the middle part of the interface or click to search for the file you wish to upload. Once you have selected the file, you may either select another file to upload or click add to save your file to knowbly™.
Add by URL
To add a media asset (image, audio and video) by URL, add or copy the URL and the asset will be displayed on your screen. You may either add another URL or click add to save your URL to knowbly™.
Add by Content Manager
You can add files that are located in the Content Manager.
Common Errors with Uploading Media Assets:
If you try to upload a file type that isn’t supported, you will be presented with a warning message at the bottom of the upload modal screen
If you try to upload a video via the the Upload screen, you will be presented with an warning message at the bottom of the upload modal screen.
If your file is too large, you will be presented with a warning message at the bottom of the upload modal screen.
