Instructors can export results for a specific Session or for a specific Course Gradebook in PointSolutions Web.

Export the Course Gradebook

1. Log into PointSolutions Web with your instructor account.
2. If you are an Administrator, or if your organization is also using EchoPoll, you will be taken to the Application Dashboard. Click the PointSolutions tile on the Application Dashboard.

   If you are not an Administrator, and if you are not enrolled in EchoPoll, you will be taken to PointSolutions automatically.

3. Click Select on the course you would like to view.

   If you don't see the course you are looking for, it may not be marked active with a connected LMS. Click on the tab for the associated LMS to view additional courses.

4. Click Results to view the course Gradebook.
5. Click Export and select CSV Export.

   A .csv file of the course gradebook will be downloaded to your device.

Export Session Results

1. Log into PointSolutions Web with your instructor account.
2. If you are an Administrator, or if your organization is also using EchoPoll, you will be taken to the Application Dashboard. Click the PointSolutions tile on the Application Dashboard.

   If you are not an Administrator, and if you are not enrolled in EchoPoll, you will be taken to PointSolutions automatically.

3. Click Select on the course you would like to view.

   If you don't see the course you are looking for, it may not be marked active with a connected LMS. Click on the tab for the associated LMS to view additional courses.

4. Click Results.
5. Click Sessions to view the list of Sessions in the Course.
6. Click Reports for the Session you would like to export.
7. Question, Detail, and Participant reports can be exported. Select the tab for the report you would like to export.
8. Click Export.

   A .csv file of the session report will be downloaded to your device.
