The Course Gradebook allows instructors to view results by participant across all Sessions in a course.

Access the Gradebook

1. Log into PointSolutions Web with your instructor account.
2. If you are an Administrator, or if your organization is also using EchoPoll, you will be taken to the Application Dashboard. Click the PointSolutions tile on the Application Dashboard.

   If you are not an Administrator, and if you are not enrolled in EchoPoll, you will be taken to PointSolutions automatically.

3. Click Select on the course you would like to view.

   If you don't see the course you are looking for, it may not be marked active with a connected LMS. Click on the tab for the associated LMS to view additional courses.

4. Click Results to view the course Gradebook.
5. Adjust the sorting as needed. You can also click Export to download a .csv of the Course Gradebook.
6. Edit a Session name in the Gradebook by hovering over the Session name in the header and clicking on the pencil icon.
7. Edit a participant's score for a session by clicking on the participant's score in the appropriate Session column.

The Gradebook shows the score for all Course Sessions by participant. You can also click Sessions to view the detailed results for any session.
