PointSolutions Desktop: Building a PowerPoint Polling Presentation

PointSolutions lets you create polling presentations where your audience can view the results in real-time.

1. Open PointSolutions Desktop and sign into your account.
2. Click Start Now under PowerPoint Polling.
   

   PowerPoint opens.

3. Open an existing presentation or build one from scratch.
4. Select PointSolutions from the menu.
5. Click New and choose a question type.
   

   A new slide that matches your PowerPoint theme is inserted into the presentation.

6. In the Enter Question Text box, type your question.
7. Enter the answer choices.
8. Click outside the answer textbox to format the graph.
9. Optionally, adjust the font and slide layout.
10. Adjust the Slide and Objects options from the PointSolutions Slide Pane on the right side.
11. When you finish building your entire presentation, select File, and then Save or Save As.
