As of June 30, 2024, ExamView will officially reach its end of life.
Please be advised that after ExamView’s end-of-life date of June 30th, 2024, we will no longer be providing updates, security patches, or technical support for any version of ExamView. Our obligations to maintain or support ExamView will cease as of this date. Continued use of ExamView post end-of-life may expose you to increased security vulnerabilities, compatibility issues, and potentially reduced functionality. Once, converted, you can manage your question lists. You can create new folders and organize your content. Consider setting up folders and subfolders like what you used with your ExamView content.
Organize Your Question Lists Into Folders
- Open PointSolutions and sign into your account.
- Select the Content tab.
- Click the Folder drop-down menu and select New.
The New Folder window opens.
- Enter a name for the folder in the box provided and click Save.
Folders are added to the top of the list in the left panel and sorted alphabetically.
By default, your PointSolutions content is stored in this path on your computer:
Documents > PointSolutions > Content - Optionally, create a subfolder.
- Click the Folder drop-down menu and select New.
- Enter a name for the subfolder in the box provided and click Save.
- Repeat the above steps to create additional folders or subfolders.
- To remove a folder, select the folder, click the Folder drop-down menu and select Delete.
Deleting a folder removes all files and subfolders, including those not displayed in PointSolutions. Click Delete to continue.
- To move content into a folder, select the content and drag it to the desired folder.
- To refresh a folder, select the folder, click the Folder drop-down menu and select Refresh.
You may also organize your content using Finder. Open a Finder window and go to Documents > PointSolutions > Content.
