ExamView to PointSolutions Desktop Mac: Your PointSolutions Account

NOTICE:  EXAMVIEW END-OF-LIFE ANNOUNCEMENT

As of June 30, 2024, ExamView will officially reach its end of life.

Please be advised that after ExamView’s end-of-life date of June 30th, 2024, we will no longer be providing updates, security patches, or technical support for any version of ExamView. Our obligations to maintain or support ExamView will cease as of this date. Continued use of ExamView post end-of-life may expose you to increased security vulnerabilities, compatibility issues, and potentially reduced functionality. To avoid these risks and ensure uninterrupted service, we encourage migrating to EchoExam, which is designed to offer superior security, compatibility, and a range of advanced features that align with current technological standards. If you have already set up a PointSolutions account for one of our products, use that email address and password to log into PointSolutions Desktop. If you do not have a PointSolutions account, you must create one. You will use your newly created PointSolutions account email and password to log into PointSolutions Desktop.

Use the steps below to create your PointSolutions account:

  1. Go to https://echo360.com/.
  2. Click Signup at the top of the page.
  3. Click Get Started under PointSolutions.
  4. Click Sign Up under the appropriate region.
  5. Enter your email address and click Next. PointSolutions account creation page as described
  6. Check your email and click the Create your account link, as shown in the figure below. Email with Create your account link identified as described

    If you do not see an email, please check your Junk / Spam folder.

  7. Enter all required fields as noted by the asterisks.
  8. Enter and confirm your password in the fields provided.

    Your password must be at least eight characters long and contain one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter and one number. Do not include special characters or non-Latin characters.

  9. Select the box labeled By checking this, you agree to comply with the End‐User License Agreement and Terms of Use.
  10. Click Continue. New User registration for PointSolutions as described
  11. Click Finish.

To convert your ExamView content, you must have downloaded PointSolutions Desktop and installed it on your Mac. PointSolutions is a free download. Missing a step, you can find the whole list here.
