Admins can integrate their institution with Webex to automatically copy all new Webex recordings to the EchoVideo Library. After enabling it, when an Instructor creates a new Webex recording, it will automatically ingest into their EchoVideo Library. Once in their Library, they can publish or share it with others.
Setting Up the Marketplace Configuration in EchoVideo
- Log into both EchoVideo and Webex as an administrator.
- Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- From the Settings menu, select Institution Settings.
General settings appear, and Basic Info is selected by default.
- Click Integration.
- Click Webex.
Marketplace Configuration settings appear by default, as shown in the figure below.
- Enable the Webex Marketplace Configuration toggle, as shown in the figure below.
- Click Connect to Webex, as shown in the figure above.
- Follow the steps to authenticate in Webex.
Setting Up the Manual Configuration in EchoVideo
- Log into EchoVideo as an administrator.
- Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- From the Settings menu, select Institution Settings.
General settings appear, and Basic Info is selected by default.
- Click Integration.
- Click Webex.
- Select Manual Configuration, as shown in the figure below.
- Follow the steps identified.
- Click Save Configuration to complete the integration.
Webex is connected and ready to use.
