Intermittently Not Receiving Student Responses (Clickers)
If student responses aren’t being received consistently by the receiver, it is possible that the receiver is experiencing some interference from Wi-Fi or other sources since they both use the 2.4 GHz spectrum. One possible solution for this is to change the receiver to a higher channel to get it out of that range.

One possible solution for this is to change the receiver to a higher channel to get it out of that range.
- Open TurningPoint and click on the Preferences icon in the lower right corner of the window.
- Select Connections on the left side of the Preferences window.
- With the receiver plugged in, change the drop-down menu to the right to a higher channel, up to 74. Ensure that the students’ clickers are on the same channel.
- If possible, run a polling test by clicking the Test button just below the receiver channels. This will verify that the channel change worked.
