An error has occurred preventing TurningPoint from accessing the current user's files.
This error occurs when the Repositories folder becomes corrupted. To fix it, we will need to create a new Repositories folder.

- Make sure TurningPoint is closed.
- Navigate to C:\Users\(USER NAME)\AppData\Roaming\TurningPoint8 (You can also search %appdata% to reach this folder)
- Rename the Repositories folder Repositories.old.
- Open TurningPoint, it will ask for the user to sign in again. Once signed in, a new Repositories folder will be automatically created by TurningPoint.
- Make sure TurningPoint is closed.
- Navigate to the folder where TurningPoint is launched from.
- You will see the Repositories folder in the same location as the TurningPoint.exe file.
- Rename the Repositories folder Repositories.old.
- Open TurningPoint, it will ask for the user to sign in again. Once signed in, a new Repositories folder will be automatically created by TurningPoint.
To import your sessions:
- Open TurningPoint and click the Manage tab at the top of the window.
- Click the drop-down menu named Session and then click Import.
- It will open in the default save location for the sessions. Select which sessions you need and click the Open button. (Press CTRL + A to select all the sessions at once.)
