User Tutorial

 

When a user first logs in to Knowbly™, they have the option to take a user tutorial to familiar themselves with our platform. Simply choose “Take the Tour” to get a walkthrough of the Knowbly interface. Look for many more tutorials coming soon!

Retaking the Tour

 

We are working to add a tutorial button to Knowbly™ to allow users to retake any of their introductory tours at any time. Until we get there, you can have the tour popup again by taking the following steps:

 

  1. Login to Knowbly.
  2. Navigate to the course dashboard if you are not there already. Choose “Courses” from the upper left navigation.

  1. You can trigger the new user tutorial to appear again by appending the following to your URL in the web browser location bar:  ?appcue=-LJeHbE953LaDMGiSSxD
  2. So your final URL will look like this: https://support.echo360.com/hc/en-us/articles/11074517602829[YOURCOMPANY].knowblyapp.com/cc/dash?appcue=-LJeHbE953LaDMGiSSxD
  3. Hit enter to load this new URL. The course dashboard will reload with the new user tutorial popup so you can take it again.
