Adding new users to Knowbly is actually easier than it looks. If you're an Admin or Manager role you can quickly add multiple people to your team.
- First, start by finding the 'User Menu' accessed by clicking on that gorgeous user avatar in the header (if you haven't added an avatar you should try it).
- Next, select 'Team' ...wait for it to load... and voila, you're there!
- Now go ahead and click that hard-to-miss "+" button in the upper left of the screen—this opens the add user modal.
- Enter the emails (separated by commas) of each new user you wish to add to your team. Also pay attention to the new user role menu.
- Finally, use your unflappable wit and write your teammates a welcome message, then press 'Invite'.
...and you're done! No, seriously...that's all there is to it. Now go back to work.
