Methods to Select Questions
Within ExamView, there are multiple methods to select questions for inclusion on a test.
Use the Select Questions Randomly option if you want to quickly choose questions without regard to the content of the question. You will then be able to select multiple question banks from those listed or navigate to the location of the question bank you would like to use.
If you already know which questions you would like to use for a test, you can use the Select Questions From a List option.
Select Questions While Viewing lets you choose questions while viewing them. You can preview the questions before adding them to the test.
Use the Select Questions by Standard option if you want to choose questions based on their learning objective, national standard, state standard, or local standard.
When you want to choose questions based on certain criteria, use Select Questions by Criteria. These criteria can include question type, question difficulty, learning objective, state, national or local standard, topic, or keywords.
