If your account is part of an organization, you may not have the ability to edit all fields. Reach out to your Organization Administrator if you need assistance updating a restricted field.
Manage Account Information
- Log into PointSolutions Web with your instructor account.
- If you are an Administrator, or if your organization is also using EchoPoll, you will be taken to the Application Dashboard. Click the PointSolutions tile on the Application Dashboard.
If you are not an Administrator, and if you are not enrolled in EchoPoll, you will be taken to PointSolutions automatically.
- Click the user icon at the top of the page and select Profile.
- Click Edit Details below your name, email, and role.
A pop up window will display your first name, last name, and password options.
- Edit your first and last name, if needed.
- Enter your current password and set a new password, if desired.
Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
