Step 5:  Well done!  You have identified your potential faculty users, educated them about the Echo360 platform and its benefits, hosted them at an event to learn more and now, it time for next steps!
 
Your instructors are excited and want to get going.  Here are some links to resources that can help your early adopters get started.  Just a reminder – these resources don’t replace training, so you’ll want to supplement their curiosity with a training session or two.  As always, feel free to lean on your Customer Success Manager or your regional account team for help, or for Echo360-assisted training sessions. Contact our support team if you are not sure who your Customer Success Manager or regional account team is.
